Kexin Xu has been worked for Apex Attorneys at Law, LLP since 2016. She is a legal specialist in biomedicine field drafting specific legal documents, e.g. new applications, responses to Office Action, under the guidance and review of the supervising attorney, researching and preparing materials for use of lawyers and clients in analyzing patent issues, searching existing patent database, etc. She passed the U.S. Patent Bar Exam in 2018 and Chinese Patent Bar Exam in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, She has worked as an in intern in a Chinese IP Law firm assisting attorneys to draft responses to office actions issued by CNIPA, translate patent applications and draft client letter, the experience of which helps her to communicate with Chinese clients better.
